All Chasebaits products are warranted against manufacturing defects FOR 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE.
In the event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing fault, please fill out the form HERE, completing all the information as required for our team to review.
Warranty issues do not cover:
Incorrect storage of the product (see TPE storage info), standard wear and tear, usage other than its intended use, extreme conditions, incorrect color or size choice by the buyer, or issues arising from the buyer not reading the product description correctly.
RETURNS POLICY:
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in unopened packaging, in un-used condition. Returns that adhere to our Returns Policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping costs)
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we suggest return via trackable common.
