Warranty & Returns

All Chasebaits products are warranted against manufacturing defects.
In the event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@chasebaitsusa.com with a photo of the product, information on where and when it was purchased, and a description of the fault.

Warranty issues do not cover: 
Incorrect storage of the product (see TPE storage info), standard wear and tear, usage other than its intended use, extreme conditions, incorrect color or size choice by the buyer, or issues arising from the buyer not reading the product description correctly.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Please email support@chasebaitsusa.com for a return authorisation. Please include your Full name, order number and date of purchase.

Returns must be in unopened packaging, in un-used condition. Returns that adhere to our Returns Policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping costs)
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we suggest return via trackable common.
