It is certainly tough and very challenging times. As a valued customer of Chasebaits we appreciate your business and Brand loyalty. With the recent global outbreak of COVID-19 Coronavirus, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and communities is our top priority.
At this stage our office hours remain unchanged. During this time it is preferred if all questions are emailed to us through email@example.com. Phone calls will be answered, although there are some long delays due to high demand and reduced staffing. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and at this stage there is no Priority Shipping due to freight overloads and all mail is shipped through regular ground post. We endeavour to navigate through this unprecedented event for our company and customers the best we can.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to those that have been affected by the Coronavirus. We, like the rest of the world, are hoping for stabilization of this situation. While we cannot guarantee what the future will hold, we are working hard to minimise any disruptions.
